The resort is incredibly beautiful with amiable and pretty friendly staff. the pet-friendly rooms come equipped with microwaves, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen. the pool is nice and inviting.

The hotel was located short walk to the SunRiver Resort, conferences and a nice supermarket. I stayed in the room that was kept updated & very clean and available with a kitchenette. The magnificent and lovely location was walking distance from Sage Springs Club & Spa.

I loved the room setup where I could choose between a relaxing tub or a quick shower. the bed was so comfy! the location was fantastic - the room had a lovely open loft feel to it, and the views were simply beautiful. 🌟

Loved the updated room! Very comfortable except we need a firmer bed. Appreciated the Keurig coffee maker :) we also appreciated the quiet room & environment

Beautiful views, comfortable beds.
Better lighting. Outdoor pools closed and weather was great for outdoor activities. Missed being able to relax by a pool.

The property had a central location and was a short way from Sage Springs Club & Spa. The room was brand-new, had a large bathroom, and wonderful views to enjoy. A beautiful fireplace and an adjoining terrace were a nice touch.

Courteous and friendly staff
No soundproofing in walls and ceiling, could hear neighbors. A microwave was needed. Water temperature and pressure were lacking.

Delicious breakfast at the café - they serve top-notch coffee, eggs, bacon, and cheese. Our suite had a cozy fireplace and a nice bath upstairs - perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. 🔥

The hotel is homely and wonderful, located in a great ski area. The staff is very attentive and provides a shuttle service to the mountain. The breakfast is light, amazing, and offers a variety of meals. The location is lovely, with The Village at Sunriver not too far from the property.

There was no tv remote for the 2nd tv and when we got a 2nd remote they couldn't make it work fully so I had to turn it off manually on the tv vs using remote. Also the drain on the tub had issues and I had to mess around with it to work because the water kept draining out.

The resort was amazing: nice staff, great location, spacious rooms, renovated kitchen and bathroom, beautiful golf course view.

We had to change rooms because of lack of heat. Front desk was very helpful, altho it took two tries. Thank you for that effort.
